Meet the founder
Growing up I saw a lot of people that had an important story that they just couldn't put into words. They needed a voice. I saw many people taken advantage of. They needed someone to stand up and fight for them. I have always wanted to be that voice and I love fighting for those that need help the most. That is why I became a lawyer.
Brian Thompson founded Thompson Law Firm and practices personal injury and workers' compensation law. He has extensive experience settling claims, has won millions of dollars for his clients over the years, and has fought cases all the way to jury verdict in both North Carolina and South Carolina (Superior Court, District Court, and Court of Common Pleas).
His favorite legal moment was winning a family a settlement in excess of $1 million. Outside the office, he attends his local church and coaches youth football and youth wrestling.
Tierra handles motor vehicle accident cases from start to finish, from the first investigation through settlement negotiations or litigation when necessary, and has helped resolve cases totaling more than $300,000 in settlements. She previously served as a Staff Attorney with the State Employees' Credit Union.
